 Adding an event

The process
  1. An event is 'proposed'
  2. The events planning group (chaired by our Vice President) reviews the event and contacts you for further information as necessary
  3. The events planning group 'approves' the event.
  4. Your event becomes visible on the calendar and will be published in the next newsletter and placed on the website.
Proposing an event
Click on new entry icon (a plus sign) which appears in the upper right corner of every day on the calendar. (It also appears on the 'My Calendar' options 'Today' and 'This Week'.)
