Old business

1. Approval of the minutes of September 15 meeting. The draft version now incorporates your suggestions.
2. Planning events for March-April-May 2011, Charlene Bohl
3. Current status report: John Buddington
   • Section inventory (excluding Trails & Shelters)
   • Montpelier Secton Archives: 3 pre-2000 boxes have been received; we have 4 current boxes
   • A revision of the President's job description includes maintenance of the inventory
   • Report of hours of volunteer work are due to Mari Zagarins
   • Harwood Union High School section traveling display.
   • Montpelier Section is charter Ridgeline Society Member and recognized on a plaque.

   • Trails and Shelters, Eric Seidel. Eric is ill. He added 2 work hikes to the May calendar.
