    Each browser, and sometimes different versions of the same browser, provides a different method to download and save a file. And it may depend on how the user has set up (or selected) options (or preferences) for the browser/version. And the wording may be a bit different, depending ...
    Just where is the file saved? Probably to your desktop. Once the file has been saved, open it "as usual".
    Here is a sampling of steps needed for users of Microsoft Windows XP:

Internet Explorer --
    1. Position the cursor over the 'x' in the appropriate column
    2. Right click
    3. Select 'Save Target As...'

Firefox --
    1. Position the cursor over the 'x'
    2. Right click
    3. Save Link As...

Opera --
    1. Position the cursor over the 'x'
    2. Right click
    3. Save Linked Content As
